TourNTravels provides day-by-day travel itineraries for domestic trips across India, including road trip routes, hill station retreats, coastal escapes, and heritage walks. Each plan covers transport connections, stay options, food stops, sightseeing timings, and practical packing or weather tips. We deliver these plans as digital documents after you share your travel dates, budget range, and preferred pace.
You agree to provide accurate information about your group size, travel dates, and budget when requesting a plan. You are responsible for verifying current train or bus schedules, hotel availability, and entry timings before you travel, since these change frequently. You should also carry valid ID, follow local customs at religious sites, and confirm any permits needed for restricted areas.
We research routes and stays carefully, but we cannot guarantee that every hotel rate, transport fare, or opening hour remains unchanged after we send your plan. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, strikes, or other events outside our control. You use our itineraries at your own discretion, and we recommend double-checking critical bookings before departure.
When you request a custom itinerary, we confirm the planning fee in advance and share a clear scope of what the plan covers. If we cannot deliver the agreed itinerary within the stated timeframe, you may request a full refund. Once the plan is delivered, refunds are not offered unless the document contains a factual error that we fail to correct after you notify us.
We may stop providing our planning service to you if you misuse our website, submit false information, or attempt to resell our itineraries without written permission. You may stop using our service at any time by simply not requesting further plans. Any fees already paid for completed work remain non-refundable in such cases.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. The latest version will always appear on this page, and continued use of our site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
