Support Dashboard Refresh

When our trip planners started handling more weekend getaway requests, the old support board began showing its limits. Queries about hill station routes, heritage walk timings, and coastal stay options were getting mixed into one long list, and it took extra clicks to see which requests still needed a reply. The refresh was about making that daily queue easier to read and faster to clear.

We rebuilt the dashboard around the way the team actually works. Each request now carries a clear status, a route tag, and a priority marker, so a planner can sort by region or by how soon a traveller needs an answer. The new layout also groups repeat questions about the same destination, which cut down on duplicate research for places like Munnar or Jaipur.

What changed in practice

The main shift was moving from a flat list to a board that separates new requests, in-progress replies, and completed plans. We also added a small note field for internal comments, so two planners can work on the same itinerary without stepping on each other's notes. The search bar now understands place names, which helps when someone asks about "Goa beaches" or "Rajasthan forts" in the same week.
